The location was convenient. It was right across from the train station. The room had a good size, and i found breakfast included a wide selection of items. The front desk went out of their way to help and answer any questions, i appreciated that.

The check-in process took an unreasonable 30 minutes. The reception staff wanted to make me pay extra for a second person in the room. I booked twin rooms for two adults and the price displayed was for two adults so this was frustrating.

the room felt a little worn and it required some minor touch-ups.

The location was fantastic. It's super close to the train station. the staff were helpful. They gave us good directions. my room was spacious. It even had a table where i could work! breakfast had a lot of choices. I especially loved the fresh fruit.

the panoramic windows had a bit of dust. but honestly, that's just a minor thing!
